who are you?

That’s usually my first question, and my second is - what are you trying to achieve? You are likely looking for images & film that capture your wedding day beautifully or help you reach your audience more effectively with commercially produced strategic content. For us it’s the same journey taken together. Whatever culture or diversity you embrace - or target market you have, you've likely a sense of humour & style and are looking for us to professionally capture emotional memories or statement content on camera.  You're looking for an uncomplicated but creative photographer / filmmaker / producer & his team to capture what you need - someone you are comfortable with & even might like having around for a whole day ;) 

who am I?

We’re David (aka “fizz”) & Maria and with our team of associate photo & film aficionados, we are Ruby Loves Jack - specialised in capturing & editing your experience as naturally as possible. I’m also an appointed Sony Content Creator and an accredited member of the Wedding Photojournalistic Association (WPJA).

But I'm not only a passionate photographer & filmmaker - I genuinely love people!  I grew up between London's (not then so fashionable) East End, having since lived in Bath UK, Atlanta, New York, Munich & Cologne, & now reside in Berlin's vibrant Kreuzberg!

Again, I love people - especially their unpredictability. And I'll capture you anywhere.  In the studio, on the street, at work, at play but best of all - capturing beautiful moments on your special day.  My greatest joy is to witness, discretely capture and stylishly present your most intimate and wonderful memories - to ensure you, your partner (& friends or family) will never forget! How do I work?  I work efficiently, gracefully, discretely and I'm even told I'm charmingly engaging...

Married to Maria, I have a team of gorgeous children - Ruby-Grace, Millie-Pearl, Marie-Davida & Jack... According to my critics, "David loves life, shoots people, interiors and the occasional horse", am an accomplished film cameraman, creative director & producer, and aim to always have time to cook with my children!
